The only time I used it, the scooter stopped working, like if it were out of charge, without showing the battery was low. After a few days, out of the blue, I got the notification that my Revolut card got temporarily frozen because of a suspicious transaction: QOOL tried to deduct 200 PLN from my credit card associated to the account, with no written explanation.

Terrible app, don't use Scooters breaking down, if you run out of battery it forces you to drag the scooter to the nearest parking spot (while the brakes are forced on), buggy and poorly designed, terrible translation, randomly kicks you out of the app DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

A genuinely terrible service and app. There's a reason these are only ever seen parked neatly in a row and not scattered about like every other scooter. whoever developed the GUI needs to be shot and the business managers that decided to use a top up system, which arbitrarily deducts funds, need to have their entire lineage removed from the planet. I did not realize it was possible to make 'scooter scams' but I suppose I am just naive.
